Wolves Lose To Poly

On Monday, the Wolves traveled to Riverside Poly and lost at all levels, but were not disappointed as several King swimmers made their CIF qualifying times. Overall, it was a learning experience for everyone. For more information see below

Wolves Fall To Poly

In a huge meet for the swimmers, the Wolves traveled to Poly and learned what a high power swim team looks like. While all four teams fell to Poly, all four had some great swims. The girls JV were out scored 39-122 and the boys JV lost 19-113. The varsity scores were not much better with the girls losing 51-118 and the boys 40-128. But there were some bright spots. Mandie Collier qualified for CIF in the 200 IM and the 500 freestyle, Charlie Holderman made consideration time in the 200 freestyle and got an automatic qualifying time in the 500 freestyle, while Kevin Heitmann got a consideration time in the 100 yd. backstroke.
