Kids Helping Kids 2003

Monday, the team took time out of their practice schedule to work with some of the special needs kids from Ramona and North High School. Each of the team members paired off with one of the high school kids and worked on teaching them how to swim, while the Ramona and North kids reminded the players how much fun it was to be in the water. A relay race was organized between three teams.

At the end of the 90 minutes, the team joined the class for a hot dog lunch. The Wolf Aquatic kids really showed the class and dedication that is expected from participants of the program. Coach Williamson noted how proud he was of his players, "The team was amazing. Everyone of them stepped up and made sure that the kid they were working with had a great time. It reminded me why I love coaching these individuals. They are great people."
